Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Set My Event ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. What the Platform is

Set My Event is a directory and messaging platform that connects clients planning events with independent third-party vendors (planners, decorators, photographers, caterers and similar service providers). We are not a party to any agreement, booking or payment made between a client and a vendor, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or availability of any vendor's services.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Vendor listings & plans

Vendors may list their services for free (Starter plan) or on a paid annual plan (Pro/Featured) for additional visibility and features. Listing fees are for visibility on the Platform only and do not constitute a guarantee of bookings or leads. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, post false or misleading information, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account or listing that violates these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Set My Event is not liable for any dispute, loss or damage arising from interactions or transactions between clients and vendors.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
