1. Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address and/or mobile number, and password (stored securely, never in plain text). Vendors additionally provide business details, photos, and location information. We also record enquiries, messages and searches made while logged in, so the Platform and its vendors can respond to you.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the Platform: matching you with vendors, enabling messaging, processing vendor plan payments, and improving our service (for example, understanding which categories and cities are most searched, so we can recruit more vendors where they're needed).

3. Sharing of information

When you message a vendor or request a quote, we share the contact details you provide with the relevant vendor(s) so they can respond to you. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data storage & security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@urbaneventsclub.in.

6. Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in and to protect forms from cross-site request forgery. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
